Remélem kellemesen telt a hétvégéd, elintéztél mindent, megvettél mindent karácsonyra … :- ) Nekünk izgalmasan telt a hétvégénk, mivel a magazin szállítása egy napot késett, de szerencsére szombattól már kapható a 2011 januári számunk.

The Lebanese plant chickpeas, wheat grains, beans and lentils in cotton wool, a fortnight before Christmas. They water the seeds every day and at Christmas, the sprouted shoots are used to surround the manger in nativity scenes.
In Portugal they celebrate with a huge meal, or consoda, on Christmas morning. That’s not so unusual. But, did you know they also set place settings for the dead, offering them food as well. Their belief is that this custom will bring blessings to the family in the following year. |
