	<b style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 18px">A London tube map – the average rent costs plus Harry Potter</b></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;text-align: justify">
	<span style="font-size:16px"><font face="Arial, sans-serif">The <b>quest for</b> the perfect and <b>affordable</b> <b>property</b> in London seems somewhat impossible. Thrillist has put together a full rent map of the capital, showing the average monthly cost for <b>a</b> <b>one-bedroom </b>within a kilometer of each <b>Tube station</b> on the network. The result is quite shocking and shows clearly how expensive the British capital is.</font></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;text-align: justify">
	<span style="font-size:16px"><font face="Arial, sans-serif">If you&#8217;ve got <b>big bucks</b> to spend, you can rent a one-bed in Hyde Park Corner for £2,920 – because who hasn&#8217;t got nearly three <b>grand</b> to spend on rent every month? Depressingly, rent prices seem to be pretty <b>steep</b> even if you&#8217;re <b>way out</b> at the end of the line, as demonstrated by the fact that a one-bed in Morden is <b>fetching </b>£1,024&nbsp;<b>pcm</b>.</font></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;text-align: center">
	<span style="font-size:16px"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><img decoding="async" alt="" src="https://www.5percangol.hu/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/rentmapw.jpg" style="width: 800px;height: 533px" title="A London tube map: the average rent costs ... plus a bit of Harry Potter 3"></font></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;text-align: justify">
	<span style="font-size:16px"><font face="Arial, sans-serif">The cheapest it gets is a one-bed flat in Hatton Cross, which is practically <b>a steal</b> at £324pcm. Sure, being that close to Heathrow means you&#8217;ll probably <b>be driven mad</b> by the <b>incessant</b> sounds of aeroplanes flying overhead, but at least you&#8217;ve got easy access to the airport if you want to <b>squander</b> all that rent money you saved on holidays instead.</font></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;text-align: justify">
	<span style="font-size:16px"><font face="Arial, sans-serif">It&#8217;s common knowledge that living in London is incredibly expensive, but there seem to be new <b>housing market</b> shocks nearly every week. The latest is the fact that at least two flats and houses in London are <b>offering</b> <b>cramped</b> under-the-stairs beds, <b>reminiscent of</b> Harry Potter, for £500 and £925 a month, <b>respectively</b>. An <b>angered</b> <b>would-be tenant</b> took to Twitter to show pictures she took when she went to look around a flat. </font></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;text-align: justify">
	<span style="font-size:16px"><font face="Arial, sans-serif">She said: &#8220;I have literally just been shown a bed under the stairs for £500 a month. #nothanks #privetdrive!?&#8221;</font></span></p>
