Man: Good morning. I’d like to have this suit and this jacket cleaned.
Attendant: All right.
Man: Unfortunately, there’s a red wine stain on one of the sleeves.
Attendant: On the jacket or on the suit?
Man: On the suit. I spilt some wine on it a few days ago at a party.
Attendant: Yes, I see. Here it is. I’ll make a note of it.
Man: When will they be ready?
Attendant: Let me see. We usually need 3 days to finish the cleaning. As today is Thursday, you can pick them up on Wednesday.
Man: Don’t you have an express service? It seems a bit too long.
Attendant: I’m afraid, sir, we don’t have an express service. I could have them ready for you by 10 am, on Wednesday.
Man: Okay, it sounds better… and be careful, as the jacket may not be colourfast.
Attendant: All right sir. Here is the receipt. You have to show it when you come to pick them up.
Man: Do I have to pay now?
Attendant: It’s okay if you pay when you pick up your clothes.
