Egy érdekes, új megoldás a bérletek helyett. Kinek tetszik? :)
They actually let you tap in and out. A London fashion student has invented the world’s first Oyster Card nails. Lucie Davis created the ingenious wearable tech as part of her BA in jewellery design at Central Saint Martins. Not only is the nail art inspired by the Oyster Card design, you can use the press-on nails instead of your travelcard.
The idea came about when Davis was asked to create a project inspired by engaging with her daily surroundings, and immediately thought of her morning commute.
„I took the RFID chip from an Oyster card and embedded it within a full set of acrylic nails to give commuters the ability to pay for their journeys with a single tap/touch,” she told WAH Nails.
„You can still top them up with money too. Now you’ll never have to worry about misplacing your card again!”
Talk about having the city at your fingertips.
Now if only someone would show this to all those people who never have their travelcards ready (and don’t even get us started on the ones causing q while they ‘figure out’ the Apple Pay app).
Decide whether the statements are true or false or not given.
1. The nails can only be used with the card.
2. Lucie got the idea from her teachers.
3. Her morning commute is a real nightmare.
4. People usually lose their cards
5. The nails will be very practical for many.
