Áfonyás-málnás zselés finomság – RECEPT

Nekem a legkedvesebb édességeim közé tartoznak a gyümölcszselés finomságok, mint például ez az áfonyás-málnás desszert!

Blueberry & Raspberry Jelly Cups

makes: about 6 cups

Ingredients:

  • 375ml (1½c) blueberries
  • 125ml (½c) raspberries or strawberries
  • 125ml (½c) water
  • 1 packet (80g) raspberry or cherry jelly powder
  • 250ml (1c) strong, warm rooibos tea
  • TO FINISH extra fresh blueberries edible flowers (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Keep 6 small glasses, jelly moulds or jars handy.
  2. Put the blueberries, raspberries or strawberries and water in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a microwaveable dish and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until it starts to boil. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add the jelly powder and rooibos tea to a deep mixing bowl and stir until the jelly powder has dissolved. Stir in the berry mixture and divide between the glasses, jelly moulds or jars.
  5. To finish leave the jelly in the fridge for an hour to set. Add a few fresh berries to each serving and leave to set for another hour or overnight.
  6. Finish with more blueberries and edible flowers (if using) and serve.
