Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens

Bright copper kettles And warm woollen mittens

Brown paper packages Tied up with strings

These are a few of my favourite things

Cream-colored ponies And crisp apple strudels

Doorbells and sleigh bells And schnitzel with noodles

Wild geesethat fly With the moon on their wings

These are a few of my favourite things

Girls in white dresses With blue satin sashes

Snowflakes that stay On my nose and eyelashes

Silver white winters That melt into springs

These are a few of my favourite things

When the dog bites

When the bee stings

When I’m feeling sad

I simply remember my favourite things

And then I don ‘t feel so bad

·         What do you like? –Pussy willow!

·         Christmas! -Bunny rabbits!

·         Snakes!

·         Chocolate icing! -No school!

·         Pillow fights!

·         Telegrams! -Birthday presents!

·         Any presents! –Ladybugs!

·         A good sneeze!
